Have you ever imagined being harnessed next to your BFF and hoisted high into the sky by a giant parachute as the crystal blue waters and white sandy beaches sparkle below you? Well my friend you’ve been dreaming of going Parasailing and the professional team at Gold Coast Watersports based at Mariners Cove Marina can help you bring that dream to life.
The complete parasailing experience takes approximately one hour and includes a short boat ride out into the Broadwater where your skipper finds the perfect location to set sail. You and your companion will be buckled and are then slowly released off the back of the boat into the air where you will soar above the Broadwater taking into 360 degree views towards Surfers Paradise. Once everyone has completed their experience, it’s a short boat ride back to the marina where you can check out your photos.
Parasailing with Gold Coast Watersports is suitable for children 8 years and above and costs $80pp twin share for a tandem experience.
Insiders tip – You can even choose if you’d like to get your toes wet or stay dry, just let your skipper know before you fly if you’d like to be ‘dipped’.
