I went on a boat here last week and I had a great experience i went with my parents and sister and we had such a great time. The driver (Chris) was great and really kind. He showed us around and it was just an overall great experience. I forgot to ask for a name but the lady who took our photo was especially nice and went out of her way to make us all feel good. If I ever come to Surfers Paradise again I will definitely be back jetboating!
Amazing experience, highly recommended. We booked the express 30 minute but the time went so fast and was so much fun I would recommend going for the 55 minute instead. Josh was brilliant, he explained everything well, was very knowledgeable and made all feel comfortable. There were all age groups and it catered for all.
It was a good jet boating experience but there were quite a few problems1. The blonde lady at the front desk is what I can only assume to be a racist. She treated anyone who spoke in an accent or had a different skin colour like they shouldn’t be there and they couldn’t afford it. I personally am from a middle eastern culture and she immediately dismissed me and talked to another group that arrived later. I then went on to speak to the other (very lovely) lady. Another group came in that were not light skin and they asked a simple question of where to find the dream world helicopter. She then went on to say that they should not be here and the one they have is much more expensive and the CHEAP one is 500 metres down the road. After they specifically said they understand she continued saying our one is much more expensive. You are looking for the MUCH cheaper one which is 500 metres down the road. Like… they understand. Move on….2. This one isn’t that bad and I’m sure just be a misunderstanding but we booked what was said to be a 1 hour jet boat experience but it went for 28 minutes. Me and my travel party dismissed that as we didn’t want to be a burden but we payed extra money and didn’t get what we payed for.The actual boat experience was great and the driver was especially friendly and I enjoyed the experience on the boat. It’s just that these two things especially annoyed me. It’s a shame to see that racism is still here as we are in the 21st century and some people still haven’t come to their senses.
Amazing way to spend an hour! We went for a work outing (probably should have got changed first!), and it was the most fun we've had in a long time! I'm still not sure how it is physically possible for a boat to drift, sideways, but it doesn't matter - it is so much fun. Chris was amazing, and kept us entertained both with his driving, and with his local knowledge! Would definitely recommend, and will be back again soon.
What a fantastic day to go out and Chris, our driver, ensured we made the most of it. He was friendly, cheeky and engaging. Chris was down to earth, great humour and just made the experience what it was. All staff were friendly and made the whole experience great for us all. We had a blast and will definitely be doing it again!!
We had a great experience with Paradise Jet Boating! We booked last-minute after other plans not working out. Callie was really helpful and even helped us plan the rest of the day around the boat trip. The boat ride was AWESOME!! Felt completely safe at all times with Macca behind the wheel. He showed us cool houses and made sure we all got a bit wet and had an amazing time. Thanks guys! We’ll be back next time 😊

We had the best time!!Absolutely value for money and staff who knew what was going on from beginning to end.Booking was easy, premises were easy to find and our driver Macca was great. Be prepared to have fun and get wet . I can’t recommend Paradise Jet Boating enough.
Had a great time! Everything went smoothly including ticket purchase (online) and check-in and the actual boat ride. Macca was a great driver with a lot of energy, good sense of humor and relaxed vibe. Enjoyed learning a little more about the local sights and geography as well. For those on the more timid side, this ride is an adventure but it's not so risky and you won't fall out!

We went on the jet boat on the last day of our stay in the Gold Coast and it was great final activity.Was myself, my partner, my mum and our two boys (7 and 8).It was good fun, you get very wet so be warned!Our driver (?Chris) was great.Only suggestion would be that as you get so wet, they should give you somewhere to change into dry clothes after.
Had a blast on the 55 minute tour this morning - Chris our driver did a great job and entertained us with his jokes. Thrills and good outdoor action for the whole family including laughing hilariously when your daughter gets drenched with water! Wear your sunglasses for the salt spray and bring a towel for afterwards. The boss also went out of his way to help us with a scheduling issue out of our control - very much appreciated.
Absolutely fantastic experience and a whole lot of fun! Very professionally run and our driver Chris made sure we all got wet - and some of us very wet!! A great way to spend an hour enjoying then beautiful broadwater and the spectacular real estate of Sovereign Islands. We did the family pass which was very good value for the 55 minute experience. Highly recommended.
My daughter and I love to go jet boating whenever we get the chance. Our visit to the Gold Coast was no exception. We booked our ride through Book Me and got a great price. People really need to have a good look around as the prices can vary significantly for the same company depending on where you book. The ride itself was full with lots of families with kids and the driver was fun. We had our photo taken just after putting on our life vests and again when we were all in the jet boat. They turned out to be great photos! We left the wharf and travelled around the inner waterways of Surfers Paradise and beyond, doing slides and turns to the delight of all on board. Yes, we got wet but that's half the fun. Wear your swimming costume if you can with a t-shirt or something light on top so good clothes don't get ruined. Same with your shoes - thongs or sandals that you don't mind getting drenched. Unfortunately, one of the little kids on the boat was sick so we had to return to the wharf a bit early but all in all it was a fun and exciting ride and one that I'd recommend to anyone looking for some adrenaline powered activity.
I have been on a few jet boat rides on the Gold Coast and I must say this was the best out of all of them. I highly recommend them for the thrills.Chris the driver was also awesome and made the road a lot of fun. Thank you and I will see you again when we are up at the Gold Coast
My family and I had a blast! Chris was great with the speed boat out on the water, and his so called 'bad jokes' were actually very amusing. He also made sure everybody got wet. Customer service was exceptional and everyone was easy to talk to. Overall, we had a great time and I recommend you pay them a visit and enjoy yourself!

Had a great day today with Paradise Jet Boating booked a 30min express ride had boat issues all good though as when we got back to base the staff were fabulous offering either another ride express or premium ride, a refund or a coupon for another day. We took the opportunity to ride again today and what a ride it was our driver Chris was amazing lots of tight turns, side ways slides and plenty of water over us all. Overall a great experience will totally be going back again. Our first driver was also amazing. Everyone involved with this amazing business were very professional. Our daughter who turned 16 today had a wonderful birthday thankyou again.

We had such a great time !!Originally we were planning to go without our kids as I purchased this as a gift for my husband's birthday. Plans changed due to poor weather.We rescheduled and took the kids along and we had THE BEST TIME and the best weather ! Our two boys loved it (aged 7 & 10).The staff were so professional :-- Nothing was too much of a hassle for Callie so helpful in answering all our questions.- Declan is in the right job ! He was professional, fun and funny ! Kids loved the humour and the spray.We didn't expect to get some scenic boating as well as an adrenaline rush. A great gift or a family day out, even as a local it was our first time and we will be recommending this to all our friends.

Gold coast Locals supporting our own backyard here❤️I have always wanted to try Jet boating and so glad we did. Paradise Jet Boating was easy to book through, I had mixed up my booking times and Kelly was so helpful and re booked us on another boat, so thankful for this! Macca our driver was funny and made sure we got all the thrills in with lots turns, speed and splashes, and even a tour of the rich famous backyards. Lucky enough to see a dolphin! Although we are yet to experience the fun of this jet boat ride, our customer service experience with the lovely Callie on reception was everything and more! We had booked for a family day out to experience the excitement of a jet boat ride, when unfortunately we were unable to go at the last minute due to our daughter becoming sick. With such short notice given, Callie was very gracious and understanding of our situation and we were able to postpone our adventure for another day!We are very much looking forward to our experience on the jet boat some time soon, and are so grateful to Callie and the team for allowing this to happen for us! We experienced Paradise Jet Boating two weekends in a row. Firstly it was just Hubby and I, we enjoyed it so much we booked to bring the kids the next weekend! Macca was our driver on both occasions, very friendly, funny and we really enjoyed his commentary of the seaway. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Superb service! The gorgeous lady on the counter (sorry i have forgotten your name!) went above and beyond for us, not only did she give us an upgrade ,but she also arranged with our Helicopter tour to rearrange our flight time so we could do both in the one afternoon. Macca was so lovely and exceptionally skilled! By far the best jet Boat experience i have had!!Highly recommended!!!!

The best fun on the Gold Coast,Yes you get a bit wet,But hey, it's the Gold Coast, you will dry off pretty quick,Macca was brilliant, great fun and drove it like he stole it.Even my non daredevil Mrs was smiling from ear to ear and is still telling the kids how much fun she had.Highly recommend everyone makes time to go see the gang while on holidays, you will not regret it, In fact, you will probably write a similar review to mine because you had so much fun
We had a fantastic time. Hamish our driver was awesome. Lots of spins and fast manoeuvres . His aim was to give us a great ride and he did. My 12 year old niece spent the whole time squeezing and laughing. Also lots of knowledge of the area and fun facts about some of the large homes. Highly recommend and we will do this again.

Hamish was a fantastic tour guide as well pilot. Learned a stack about the islands, wildlife and real estate of the area. Well worth the money and a great day on the water. Thanks to the team for our ride in Early December. I took a team of Yr 12 Students to give them a end of school memory 🙂 this was very well worth our time and money . Deco was our driver and he was very friendly and we enjoyed the way he told us interesting facts about the scenery that saw while donuting the ocean. If you are deciding whether or not to this ride is very fun and our trip there was a number of different age groups and we all got out rather wet and all smiling. A trip to remember! Thanks to all staff as well, we enjoyed our ride.
My girls and I had a ball today. Macca, our driver, was both entertaining and informative. He shared history about the area and information about some of the more spectacular houses we saw, in between a totally thrilling ride. We didn't visit any theme parks this holiday, but our jet boat ride was just as much fun. The 55 minutes sped by. Highly recommended!

We had Macca as our driver and he was great and funny. All other staff were friendly and helpful also. The experience was amazing, as a teenager I thought I wouldn’t be into it too much but it was great fun and exciting. Definitely a good activity for the family to get out of the house for the day.
The team here are excellent! They are all super friendly and made the experience great. My driver was Declan, he was knowledgeable and funny. Made the experience enjoyable. It was even better seeing the guys in the back get extremely wet!! A whole lot of fun! Would definitely go again for sure!
